Rules of the "LAPKI" service

Purpose of service

"LAPKI" helps dog owners find friends for walks, chat, post and organize meetings. The Service does not provide veterinary, legal or emergency services.

Account and age

The user is responsible for the validity of the account data and password protection. Until the legal requirements of the target countries are determined, open registration should only be available to users of legal age.

Allowed content

Threats, harassment, fraud, spam, animal cruelty, illegal offers, other people's personal data and materials that violate the rights of third parties are prohibited.

Safety of meetings

Users organize meetings independently. Choose crowded places and discuss dog behavior and health in advance in the internal chat. Phone, email and address are not published in profiles.

Moderation

Content and accounts may be restricted following a complaint or violation of the rules. The user can block another participant and send a complaint through the profile.

Free communication and Premium

Matches and correspondence in the service are free. There are no payments or top-ups. Premium is provided as a free reward for fulfilling the terms of the referral program.

Account deletion

Account can be deleted in settings. This action is irreversible. The data processing procedure is described in privacy policy.

Before the public commercial launch, add details of the owner of the service, applicable law, contacts and check the text with a profile lawyer.
